About the Team
Decades of Gourmet Experience
Chef Allen began his culinary career at the Pittsburgh Culinary Institute in 1993. Since then, he has trained at Johnson and Whales and at numerous establishments across the country. Chef Allen and Stacey began working with Bart's Catering in 2011 where they studied and learned the art of the catering business. They continued on to begin Just Ask Catering in 2013.
